These terms apply to the use of www.nixomen.com and of the niXomen apps downloaded from it. The apps are developed by beQ entertainment S.r.l. (Italy, VAT 10460790966), which publishes them under the niXomen name. By downloading, installing or using an app you accept these terms.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the apps on your devices. The apps and all rights in them remain with beQ entertainment S.r.l.. Except as permitted by law, you may not decompile or modify the apps, distribute, sell or sublicense them, or remove copyright notices.
2. Beta and in-development versions
Versions marked beta or in development are meant for trying the apps before release: they may contain bugs, change or be withdrawn at any time. Keep a backup of your data while using them.
3. Warranty and liability
Free apps are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or data loss arising from their use. This does not affect the rights granted to consumers by Italian and EU consumer law, nor liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence.
4. Feedback
If you send us reports, ideas or suggestions, we may use them to improve the apps without any obligation towards you.
5. Names and trademarks
niXomen, the app names, logos and icons are distinctive signs of beQ entertainment S.r.l. and may not be used without our permission. Mac and macOS are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries.
6. App-specific terms
UpApp
The UpApp beta was licensed for personal, non-commercial testing during the beta program. Beta builds may stop working once the program has ended.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Consumers may bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence; in all other cases the courts of Milan, Italy, have jurisdiction.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms: the valid version is always the one published here, with the date at the top. For questions, write to us.

Le app gratuite sono fornite "così come sono". Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge non rispondiamo di danni indiretti o della perdita di dati derivanti dal loro uso. Restano salvi i diritti che il Codice del Consumo riconosce ai consumatori e la responsabilità per dolo o colpa grave.

Se ci mandi segnalazioni, idee o suggerimenti possiamo usarli per migliorare le app, senza obblighi nei tuoi confronti.
5. Nomi e marchi
niXomen, i nomi delle app, i loghi e le icone sono segni distintivi di beQ entertainment S.r.l. e non si possono usare senza il nostro consenso. Mac e macOS sono marchi di Apple Inc., registrati negli Stati Uniti e in altri Paesi.
6. Termini specifici delle app
UpApp
La beta di UpApp è concessa per prove personali e non commerciali durante il programma beta. Le versioni beta possono smettere di funzionare dopo la fine del programma.
7. Legge applicabile e foro
Questi termini sono regolati dalla legge italiana. Per i consumatori è competente il giudice del luogo di residenza; negli altri casi il foro di Milano.
